Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns in case of damaged products.

anything you buy online can be returned or exchanged within a week of you receiving it, as long as the garment has not been worn, and the tags are intact on the garment.

Here’s how you can easily return or exchange anything you buy:

Step 1: Kindly send us an email with your order number, telling us which products you want to return or exchange for another size product. Please do this within 7 days from the day you receive your order. E mail should be sent to customercare@level10boutique.com

Step 2: Please ship the items you want to return or exchange to “Level 10 Retail Venture,9/320, Near SBI, Paloorpady, Puthuppally road, Manganam, Kottayam, Kerala, PIN-686018″. Please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in with the tags on. We do not accept returned garments if the tags are cut off. Also, washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not pay for return shipments. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, please use a reliable courier service.

Step 3: In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement garments to you as soon as we receive the products back from you. Any shipping charges will have to be borne by the you. In case you want to return the product/s, the product amount (Excluding courier charges) will be refunded to you. Refunds: You will receive a full refund via the payment gateway RazorPay and this will generally take 7 days from the date of us receiving the products back from you.

PS: Our quality control department is rigorous & thorough in pre-shipment inspections, but on a rare occasion it is possible that a human error has occurred. In such a case, please return the garment back with labels & tags intact, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order & we will send you a replacement. Send us an email so that we can keep aside a fresh piece for you.

Refunds/Cancellations

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/cancellation, and let you know if the refund / cancellation was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
